V - FLEX 30 minutes of flexibility. Re-lengthen, re-energise and re-engage those tight muscles, using developmental stretches, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques.
RUN FIIT Run specific based Fun Intensity Interval Training session.Focus on run movement, agility, power and balance - an all over body workout great for running conditioning.
